Well its been a beautiful Good Friday and there is no doubt that the fish will be switching on to buzzers anytime soon. Although the temperatute is due to fall again next week Buzzer time is only around the corner.
I was on Rutland for a few days last week, to say it was on fire was an understatement. Although one or two came to buzzers, really it was still a pulling time with BCB St Clemnts taking its fair share from the North arm. It also did vey well yesterday at LLyn Clywedog.
However, on one of the days Barnsdale had been battered by colour and I switched on to nymphs on a 12ft midge tip and this little nymph certainly had some attention.
Anyway looking forward to the next few weeks when nymphs and buzzers will be on the fish diet.
